Convenient Online Application, Screening, and Leasing Journey

Step 1: Read and download the Tenant Disclosure form on our website.

Step 2: Fill out the online application with our background screening partner.

Step 3: We will send you an invoice via email to pay the application fee. 

Step 4: Once approved, we will invite you to sign up with an online account through Apartments.com.*

Step 5: Pay deposits and first month's rent. Set up utilities and water in your name.

Step 6: Pick up keys and move in to your new home!

Payments made through their platform is at no cost to you! They offer a convenient app for iOS and Android users.
