Convenient Online Application, Screening, and Leasing Journey

Step 1: Read and download the Resident Disclosure form on our website.

Step 2: Fill out the online application for the unit you are interested in on the Vacant Properties page.

Step 3: Credit, Background, Employment, Income, and Rental history checks will be conducted. 

Step 4: Once approved, you will sign the lease and pay deposit within 72 hours to secure your home.

Step 5: Set up utilities in your name.

Step 6: Pick up keys and move in to your new home!
